MAIN MISSIONS
During your training, you will ensure the link between the Service des automobiles et de la navigation and the clients. Using various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, web, mail, etc.). You will deliver information to your interlocutors, answer questions and complaints in a personalized manner. On the telephone, you will conduct various types of interviews depending on the assigned tasks.
