Your mission

Do you hold the AFA certification and love customer contact and advice as much as administrative management and follow-up? For one of our clients, a recognized player in its field, ValJob Permanent is looking for a Customer Advisor to strengthen its team in Lausanne. Above all, we are looking for a service-oriented personality, comfortable in a versatile role combining reception, advice, administrative management, and customer relationship development. Your responsibilities: - Welcome, inform, and assist customers by telephone and in the agency - Identify and analyze customer needs in order to propose suitable solutions - Advise customers and ensure personalized support - Prepare and ensure the follow-up of offers and contracts - Take charge of administrative processing and the follow-up of customer files - Actively participate in customer loyalty and development - Collaborate with different interlocutors and internal services - Guarantee professional, reactive, and high-quality management

Your profile

• CFC commercial employee - AFA certification mandatory - First successful experience in the field of insurance, banking, or financial services - Experience in advice and customer relations - Comfortable both in customer contact and in the administrative processing of files - Sense of service and ability to identify needs and propose suitable solutions - Interest in the commercial dimension and customer loyalty - Organized, rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality - Good command of standard IT tools A previous experience in insurance is an advantage, but we are also open to profiles from other sectors with a strong customer orientation wishing to develop in the insurance field.
