JOB DESCRIPTION An engineering office specialized in building techniques and the support of complex technical projects is looking for a Senior HVAC/CVC Project Manager to strengthen its team in Suisse romande. The position involves the complete management of projects in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary, from the preliminary design phases to site supervision, with direct responsibility for technical, financial, and organizational aspects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure the direction, organization, and implementation of HVAC/CVC projects (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) • Lead projects from preliminary studies to implementation and commissioning • Establish budget estimates and perform costing for offers and tenders • Define and monitor the budgets for technical installations • Organize and coordinate internal teams, mandatories, and external partners • Structure and manage private and public calls for tenders • Participate in negotiations with companies and suppliers • Ensure the economic and financial monitoring of projects as well as cost optimization • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, technical requirements, and service quality • Control invoices and monitor the progress of works on site • Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and environmental standards • Identify technical and economic risks and propose corrective measures • Lead project meetings with the various stakeholders • Supervise technical teams in the execution of studies and site supervision YOUR PROFILE • Higher education of EPF, HES, ES Technician type or equivalent training in the CVCS field • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 to 5 years in HVAC/CVC project management or in a similar function • Experience in a Swiss engineering office: a real asset • Good knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (SIA, SICC, Suissetec, AEAI, energy legislation) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in budget management and multi-stakeholder coordination • Good writing skills for the preparation of reports, specifications, and tenders • Natural leadership and ability to unite teams around common objectives • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organization • Stress resistance and ability to manage several projects simultaneously • Mastery of IT tools, technical software, and planning tools • Fluent French; German represents an advantage WHAT WE OFFER • Participation in varied technical projects with high added value • Dynamic environment with an experienced team • Great autonomy in project management • Modern work tools and a collaborative environment • Opportunities for professional development and continuous training • Evolution perspectives in the medium and long term • Attractive salary conditions according to experience and skills
