DOMINO’S EXPERT NO EXPERIENCE AS A PIZZA BAKER? NO PROBLEM! During your first three months, we will train you step by step to become a Domino's Expert – you do not need any prior knowledge in pizza preparation. Domino's Pizza is the world's leading pizza home delivery brand with over 21,300 stores in over 90 countries. In Switzerland, Domino's Pizza GmbH, based in Kloten, operates 22 branches. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ YOUR ACTIVITIES AT DOMINO'S As a friendly contact person, you will use your commitment and passion to ensure that our guests feel welcome and enjoy ordering from us again. You will take orders, advise our customers, and work together with your team to ensure smooth operations in the store. Don't worry if you have never made pizza before: During your first three months, you will learn everything you need for your role as a Domino's Expert step by step. During this training period, we will show you the Domino's technique and familiarize you with all work processes. Gradually, you will learn to: prepare our pizzas and other products fresh, compile orders professionally, apply our quality and hygiene standards securely, provide competent care to our guests, work at the cash register and on the telephone, open and close the restaurant as well as assist with the daily accounting, and ensure cleanliness and order together with your team. In daily business, you will also undertake delivery trips. Using the E-scooter, you will bring our orders safely, punctually, and reliably to our customers and always represent Domino's in a friendly and professional manner. After your approximately three-month induction, you will take the internal Domino's Expert exam. After that, you will master all important work areas securely and be a full-fledged Domino's Expert. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ OUR REQUIREMENTS The most important thing first: You do not need to be a cook, a pizza baker, or a pizzaiolo. Everything you need for the job, we will teach you during your paid induction. Ideally, you already have experience in gastronomy, retail, or the food sector. However, this is not a must – motivation, willingness to learn, and team spirit are more important to us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WHAT YOU BRING Enjoyment in dealing with people and providing good service. Motivation to learn new things and to develop yourself. Team spirit and the willingness to lend a hand everywhere. Reliability and a sense of responsibility. Good German language skills. The following 2 points are optional offers for our employees: BYO – Bring Your Own: You deliver with your own vehicle (minimum requirement: 40 km/h power) and will be fairly compensated for this. GYO – Get Your Own: You have the possibility to acquire your own delivery vehicle under extremely attractive conditions, which you then use privately and professionally.
