Construction Manager Shell, Fit-out and Architecture – Data Center

You will lead and coordinate the CSA construction works of a large data center project in the Zurich region and are responsible for their timely, quality-compliant and cost-compliant implementation.

Tasks

• Management and coordination of all CSA works (Civil, Structural & Architectural) on a data center project
• Leadership and coordination of subcontractors, foremen and construction site teams
• Construction sequence planning using 2, 4 and 8-week look-aheads as well as daily construction site coordination
• Control of the interfaces between CSA and MEP trades
• Monitoring of construction progress, productivity and resource utilization
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss norms, SIA standards, fire protection and HSE requirements

Profile

• Several years of experience in construction with responsibility in construction site management
• Experience in hyperscale data center, mission-critical or comparably complex construction projects
• Competence in the management of several subcontractors as well as in schedule control
• Technical understanding of execution plans, BIM models and technical specifications
• Completed studies or comparable training in civil engineering, construction management or architecture
• Knowledge of Swiss construction norms (SIA/VKF) and Primavera P6 is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
