Our products stand for quality, scientifically based recipes, and the responsible use of natural active ingredients. The company has a long-standing partnership with pharmacies and drugstores and is also active in export trade. As part of the next phase of the company, the brands are to be further modernized, new growth potential is to be tapped, and the international presence is to be specifically expanded. For this challenging task, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking management personality with proven industry expertise. Your tasks Overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the company, including budget, profitability, growth, and sustainable corporate development Development and implementation of the company strategy in close cooperation with the Board of Directors Further development and modernization of the brand while preserving traditional corporate values Expansion of the market position in Switzerland and the development of new international markets Development of new business areas, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships Representation of the company to customers, distribution partners, authorities, and other stakeholders Requirements Several years of management and industry experience in the field of dietary supplements and/or phytotherapeutic agents Proven excellent knowledge of the pharmacy and drugstore market as well as a corresponding network Several years of experience in the successful development and expansion of international markets and distribution partners Completed degree in business administration (FH/University) with business development and marketing experience or an equivalent qualification, as well as in-depth experience in phytotherapeutic agents and/or dietary supplements.
