(Specialized Psychologist) (m/f/d), 60-80% At our Baden site, we are developing a specific trauma-related day clinic treatment offering. For this, we are looking for several people as (specialized psychologist) starting from 01.01.2027 or by agreement. Your tasks • Taking care of patients as a referent within the framework of the day clinic offering • Conducting group therapies in the day clinic • Carrying out preliminary interviews to assess admission to the day clinic • Writing reports (authorizations for care, final reports) • Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external services • Participation in team meetings, intervision and supervision • Possibility to add an outpatient position to the trauma-related outpatient clinic in Baden (same facility) Your profile • Degree in psychology or equivalent and completed or very advanced training in psychotherapy • Expertise in traumatology: completed specific trauma training, experience with patients suffering from trauma-related disorders and experience in implementing traumatic confrontations - or strong motivation to train in this field • Desire to get involved and contribute ideas to enrich the therapeutic concept of the site • Openness, collaborative spirit, sense of responsibility and motivation • Strong identification with the mission and conceptual foundations of the therapeutic work of the Im Hasel AG clinic • We expect an attitude marked by respect and consideration in contact with our patients Our offer • Autonomous and responsible activities • Committed and dynamic team • Opportunities for continuing education and employee benefits • 5 weeks of vacation (6 weeks from age 60) • Well-developed corporate health management You will find more information here about the advantages of the Im Hasel AG clinic as an employer.
