Preparation and baking of pizzas according to Luigia standards. Operation of the pizza oven as well as bread baking. Compliance with HACCP and hygiene guidelines. Ensuring cleanliness and order at the workplace. Collaboration with the Chef Pizzaiolo and the kitchen team. Your profile Experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally in a busy operation. Independent, precise and fast way of working. Knowledge of HACCP regulations. Teamwork skills and reliability.
