As part of our continuous growth, we are looking to complement our team, immediately or by agreement, with an open, trustworthy and reliable person with a practical mindset as Support IT 100 % Your area of responsibility: • You are the first point of contact for our employees and ensure high-quality first-level IT support (by phone, remotely and on site) • You analyze technical problems (hardware and software), develop corresponding solution concepts and implement them independently or in collaboration with external partners • You install, configure and maintain equipment (IT and clinical equipment) and advise or support our sites • You manage our industry-specific software and hardware • You are responsible for the procurement of hardware and software, including quality control • Technical assistance for back-office tasks (e.g. automation of data preparation) • Participation and responsibility in various projects such as the takeover of clinics or the launch of new software Your profile: • You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and/or ideally a higher degree in the IT field • You have a high level of quality requirements and a keen sense of service • Your extensive experience in support (incident handling and resolution) as well as in customer management, operating systems (Microsoft Windows), MS Office and ideally also Windows Server, make you a recognized IT expert; experience with ERP, CRM and telephone solutions completes your profile • Ideally, you already have experience in ophthalmology or in the health sector • You distinguish yourself by your analytical thinking, work in a structured way and convince with your coordination and communication skills, and are used to acting independently and sustainably • Motivated personality and able to work in a team • You communicate confidently in German; English is an asset Our offer: • Varied field of activity with a very wide range of learning opportunities • Modern infrastructure with possibility of telework • Progressive conditions (free parking, 6 weeks of vacation) • Attractive opportunities for further training • No on-call service • Possibility of evolution and collaboration with external IT experts You will be part of a dynamic team with forward-looking goals.
