Social Educator HF/FH - possibly also as Group Leader

At amitola gemeinnützige GmbH for children, we work daily with heart, expertise, and commitment for the well-being of children and adolescents who, for various reasons, do not live with their parents and find a second home in the children's home - sometimes they have to. With professional competence, a pinch of humor, and a lot of personal commitment, we create a safe space where up to 30 children and adolescents from infancy to the completion of their initial education are cared for. In a total of four age- and gender-mixed, year-round (24/365) managed living groups, we offer security, structure, and individual, resource-oriented support. As part of our further development and to strengthen our existing teams, we are looking for personalities who want to contribute to offering this environment to very young people - knowing that relationships, reliability, and genuine interest are the decisive foundations for sustainable development processes - and that this path is not always easy for the children, as well as for the caregivers and leaders.
