Social Pedagogue, 60-80%

The Heilpädagogische Schulzentrum (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and promote our students holistically and individually from kindergarten age until leaving school. Our diverse pedagogical offering enables good academic, social, and personal development. For the HPSZ Olten, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue, 60-80%, as of or after agreement.

Your responsibility

• Together with the teachers, you plan, develop, and reflect on social pedagogical measures in individual, group, and class settings and implement them.
• Your tasks include the organization and implementation of parent meetings as well as the counseling and support of parents. If necessary, you take over case management and actively shape the systemic network work.
• You further develop prevention offers and build up a school-internal Time-in offer for crisis intervention.

Your profile

• You have training in Sozialpädagogik HF or Soziale Arbeit FH and ideally bring an affinity for the school setting in the area of cognition.
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, resilience, initiative, and reliability characterize you as much as high social and self-competence. Thanks to your communication skills, your organizational talent, and your flexibility, you also manage well in demanding situations.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation is a matter of course for you. Good knowledge of Office 365 as well as German language skills at least at C1 level round off your profile.
