TasksIn this function, you are an important element of our teams engaged in the Würth boutiques in Zuchwil and Aarwangen. We are looking for a responsible person with a keen sense of service: • Advise and convince our customers through competent discussions in order to meet their needs and generate sales • Ensure a smooth process by entering orders into the system and being responsible for merchandise and inventory management • Support the team by performing administrative office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Würth boutique • Implement promotional measures while respecting guidelines to increase sales and the success of the boutique • Participate in our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by contributing to customer events and assisting with inventories; furthermore, participate in meetings to contribute to the development of the respective boutique Prerequisites • Completed training as a retail specialist CFC in the field of hardware or similar • A well-groomed appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact • Your strong sales mentality and your willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and high-performing sales professional • SAP knowledge is an advantage and allows you to manage business processes efficiently
