As a deputy at the Kantonsschule Beromünster, you will convey this diversity in a lively way and accompany young people in discovering linguistic and humanities connections. Your tasks • You will teach the core subject of Latin as well as the subject of Interdisciplinary Language Comparison. • In subject-specific and interdisciplinary special weeks, you will work actively and bring in your linguistic-cultural expertise. • You will take on co-responsibility for departmental projects and support the further development of the subject. • You will competently accompany Matura papers from the linguistic and humanities area and enjoy in-depth examination. • You will constructively contribute to school development processes and help to further develop the school environment. Your profile • You have a university Master's degree in Latin Studies, Latin Philology, or a comparable degree. • You have already obtained the teaching qualification for the secondary level II or will complete it in the near future. • With your enthusiasm for Latin, language, and culture, you will succeed in winning young people over to your subject and encouraging them to think critically. • You work independently, initiative-wise, and enjoy contributing to subject-specific as well as interdisciplinary connections. • As a team-oriented, resilient, and communicative person, you will contribute to an appreciative cooperation in the college.
