What you can achieve. • Together with your team, you ensure professional ticket inspections and thereby make an important contribution to revenue security. • From Monday to Sunday, you are in use on our varied regional lines. • You take over driving services on line buses and extra trips. • You advise our passengers competently and courteously on tariff and timetable questions and create positive experiences for our customers. • In addition, you take on special tasks such as structural surveys or fraud prevention. What you bring with you. • You have completed basic training and possess a driving license of category B and D. • Thanks to your solution-oriented nature, you can argue skillfully and remain sovereign and calm even in hectic situations. • You enjoy daily customer contact and enjoy the variety that irregular working hours (including Sundays and public holidays) bring. • You act independently, possess assertiveness, and are mentally and physically resilient. • Your very good German skills in speaking and writing and proficient handling of digital devices round off your profile.
