Your job at a glance

What you achieve with us

• Basic consultations on topics such as account opening, account management, standardized investment business, pension products and cards
• Planning and implementation of customer meetings (incl. liquidity planning, investments, pension and financing)
• Building up your own customer portfolio with existing customers
• Support and advice for our spontaneous clientele as well as triage to the specialist advisors
• Contacting existing and new customers on your own initiative
• Responsibility for the customer hall as well as working in the customer hall (reception, operation of self-service devices as well as for promotions)
• Training of apprentices or BEM interns in the customer hall

What you bring with you

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship, have current practical experience in advising private customers and very good knowledge of basic services.
• You work very reliably and independently.
• You are friendly, open, positive and service-oriented.
• You enjoy actively approaching people and feel comfortable in direct customer contact.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and look forward to your own customer portfolio.
• Ideally, you are already anchored in the market area around Reiden.
