Quality Trainer (m/f) for a long-term temporary position:

Your Missions :

• Conduct training sessions on aesthetic control standards
• Evaluate learners as well as the training activity
• Participate in the development of course materials and exercises
• Plan and ensure the organization of the means to be implemented for the smooth running of training (premises, equipment, sessions, summons,
• Process the results from the acquisition sessions
• Manage and steer your activity within a group of Trainers and Experts
• Participate in the improvement of the training process

Profile

Training predominantly as an andragogical trainer (adult training) in sensory or technical fields
Solid knowledge and practice in the profession of control by aesthetic sensory analysis
Knowledge of the aesthetic criteria of high-end watchmaking, an asset
Knowledge of basic quality tools
Proficiency in standard IT tools
Very good communication skills, open-mindedness, flexibility and respect
Proactive and innovative in training systems
