At Stiftung Tannacker, adults with a cognitive or multiple impairment live and work at several locations. Those who live and work at Stiftung Tannacker participate in normalized life situations as competently, self-determinedly, and independently as possible. Our professional attitude is based on a "participation concept" according to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for the residential areas in Moosseedorf and Bäriswil for a Companion as Night Watch 60 - 90 % ## Your profile ### • You have completed training as a registered nurse DN I or DN II or healthcare specialist or caregiver, or as a social pedagogue • Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in night watch • You are resilient, a team player, and characterized by an independent way of working • You have good PC user skills and hold a category B driver's license Your tasks ### • As a night watch, you ensure high-quality care, supply, and safety of the residents during the night in accordance with our mission statement and the participation concept • Depending on operational necessity, you will carry out work assignments at both locations • At the location in Bäriswil, you will bear the main responsibility alone for three residential groups with a total of 24 residents and will be supported in the background by an on-call service • At the location in Moosseedorf, with seven residential groups and a total of 56 residents, you will work in a two-person team and bear joint responsibility We offer ### • A demanding and meaningful task in a lively environment, with versatile design possibilities • Careful induction • The possibility to supplement the workload with additional substitute assignments • A well-connected workplace and free parking spaces We look forward to your complete application to bewerbung@stiftung-tannacker.ch .
