Maintenance Manager

In this role, you are responsible for the maintenance and the Total Productive Maintenance program for an aerospace industry production site.

Tasks

• Leading the Total Productive Maintenance specialist department for Swiss structural production
• Establishing a standardized TPM program including the revision of existing processes
• Planning, executing and delivering all maintenance activities regarding scope, time and budget
• Ensuring the safe operating state of tools, machines and equipment
• Controlling external resources for plant maintenance
• Managing spare parts inventory and budget according to Lean principles
• Further developing the maintenance planning system to reduce unplanned downtime

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in materials engineering, mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards such as AS9100 or OSHA
• Experience with tools for processing composite, metal and non-metal materials
• Experience with automation and processing technologies
• Fluent German, English at least level B2
