YOUR TASKS

• You take on assignments at different locations and support where your deployment is needed
• In the nursing pool, you determine when and to what extent you are available and which assignments you want to undertake – for a better compatibility of professional and private life
• During your assignments, you carry out all necessary nursing and care measures and document them professionally
• You actively participate in ensuring nursing quality and work towards the continuous improvement of processes

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Several years of experience in nursing (ideally in the long-term care sector), which enables you to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes
• Empathy and joy in dealing with people – you respond individually to the different needs of our residents
• You are mobile and preferably have your own vehicle
• Reliability and team spirit – people can count on you!
