Communication and information sharing: Guarantee a multidisciplinary approach by recording relevant information in client files and facilitating collaboration between the various actors involved. Evaluation of the quality of meal services: Supervise meal services for CMS clients, ensure the quality of meals delivered to homes, and perform rigorous follow-up. Expense management: Evaluate costs related to specific diets for the CCAVS, taking into account complementary benefits for the clients concerned. YOUR PROFILE Benefiting from an HES diploma from a Swiss school of dietetics or equivalent, completed by at least two years of experience in this function. Besides an obvious interest in advanced age and home care, you have the capacity for initiative while working in multidisciplinarity. Flexibility and rigor are some of your assets.
