Industrial Project Manager

Active in western Switzerland, we help our clients realize their projects by providing global, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions, whether it be the production and distribution of electricity and heat, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning, or water treatment. A local actor, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of electrical installations, panels, and infrastructure, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as installation maintenance.

Mission :

As a Project Manager, you are the preferred interlocutor for our clients for all industrial projects and large projects in electrical installations. From the identification of needs to the commissioning of installations, you ensure the complete follow-up of projects while actively developing our market presence.

Your main responsibilities :

• Identify customer needs and propose modern and innovative solutions under economically advantageous conditions
• Achieve objectives and optimize turnover and project margins
• Lead highly important projects/construction sites which may include several Groupe E products/services
• Organize and perform the delivery of the services offered, from planning to invoicing according to quality, deadline, and margin objectives
• Promote, develop, and maintain commercial relationships with the various project stakeholders
• Apply current standards, guarantee and ensure at all times that all safety measures are properly applied and taken into account at the workplace in order to guarantee the health of employees

Profile :

• CFC Electrical Installer; CFC Assembly Electrician
• Federal Diploma of Project Manager in electrical installation
• Proven experience in project management-construction site realization
• Proven experience in the field of electrical and/or industrial installations
• Experience in large project management
• Mastery of standard IT tools, WinProgitel and Office Manager are a strong asset
• Person with interpersonal ease and customer-oriented
• Autonomous, organized, dynamic, motivated, and flexible person
• Valid driver's license mandatory
