Your tasks:

• Contacting and acquiring new customers
• Optimizing the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities
• Conducting needs analyses and selling products
• Expanding customer relationships

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training is an advantage (Kauffrau/Kauffmann or Detailhandelsfachfrau/Detailhandelsfachmann or similar)
• Existing professional experience in customer advisory / Customer Service / Customer Service
• Very good Swiss German and French skills (Mandatory)
• Communicative, persuasive and structured personality with drive
• Service provider who is ready to go the "extra mile"
• Proficient handling of PC & EDV
