What you do with us ##

• Independent management, coordination, and implementation of projects in the production environment
• Support of rationalization, process optimization, and standardization projects
• Analysis of existing production and organizational processes as well as development, application, and further development of Lean Management methods
• Planning and execution of Lean workshops as well as training and support of employees
• Coordination and support of sampling processes
• Support of the Production Manager in operational and strategic tasks
• Taking over the Key User function for the SAP-R3 modules Plant Maintenance and Warehouse Management

What you bring with you ##

• Technical training at HF/FH level
• Professional experience in a production environment/plastics processing is an advantage
• Good understanding of production systems, manufacturing processes, and industrial technologies
• Good knowledge and practical experience in Lean Management
• Good business administration knowledge and a strong understanding of key figures
• Experience with SAP, preferably in the modules PM, WM, and MM
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, independent way of working
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• German at native speaker level, good English skills
