Operations Worker

The employer is looking for two: PRODUCTION OPERATORS (noted profession) Tasks: • quality control of bags on the production line • completion of the checklist of detected defects • movement of pallets with pallet jacks • movement of pallets with forklift (optional, but preferred with relevant license) • cleaning of the line from dusty material • support for manual 5S and tidiness activities to guarantee the production standard Requirements: • ability to dialogue and communicate with the relevant Team Leader • reading, understanding, and respect for procedures and technical documents on process quality • knowledge and respect for safety regulations (use of PPE, risk analysis with the Team Leader, etc.) • previous experience and knowledge of raw materials and the complete production process • readiness to work on three shifts and continuous cycle • readiness for heavy work and resistance to stress • attitude toward respecting safety regulations and people • learning ability and strong practical sense • good knowledge of IT supports • readiness for teamwork, versatility, and a systematic and documented approach • reliable, precise, and responsible person with initiative • flexibility regarding working hours • Suva license • owner of a vehicle Employment details: • workplace Bodio • 100% employment • employment from 27.07 to 31.07.2026 and from 17.08 to 04.09.2026 • salary based on the CCL of the sector
