What awaits you

• Independent analysis, diagnosis and rectification of malfunctions in automated production plants
• Execution of maintenance, upkeep and optimization work on manufacturing plants
• Smaller programming tasks as well as adjustments and optimizations to PLC-controlled plants
• Support in the further development and modernization of existing control and automation solutions
• Execution and documentation of error analyses as well as sustainable malfunction rectification
• Testing of electrical equipment and plants according to applicable regulations
• Participation in improvement measures to increase plant availability, quality and efficiency
• On-call service in 2nd-level support for malfunction rectification (travel time max. 30 minutes)
• Co-responsibility for the management of the spare parts warehouse

Our client requests

• Completed vocational training as Automatiker/in EFZ or a comparable technical training
• Experience in an industrial environment or in the maintenance of production and manufacturing plants is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for automation technology as well as for the programming and optimization of PLC controls
• Knowledge of Beckhoff controls is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of systematic error analysis and problem solving
• Responsible, reliable and independent personality with a networked way of thinking
• Strong communication skills and appropriate handling of different contact persons according to level
• Team-oriented, flexible and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in new technologies and enjoyment of technical innovations
