Your area of responsibility - Project management and overall responsibility - Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects in the plant infrastructure sector - Steering of all project phases (pre-project to handover) - Ensuring compliance with deadlines, cost budgets, and quality standards - Creation and monitoring of project plans and milestones - Ensuring a transparent flow of information - Coordination & interface management - Central contact person for clients, planners, and contractors - Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project and planning teams - Interface management between planning and execution - Cost and schedule management - Responsibility for cost planning, monitoring, and budget compliance - Accompanying tender and award processes - Risk management and change order management Your profile Technical qualifications - Completed studies as a Civil Engineer (FH/ETH/TU) with further training in the areas of construction management, project management - Experience in the field of plants and infrastructure plants - Many years of professional experience in construction project management - Experience in the execution of infrastructure and large-scale projects - Experience with project management methods and tools - Knowledge of contract, change order, and procurement law Personal competencies - Strong communication and social skills - High sense of responsibility and decision-making ability - Assertiveness and negotiation skills - Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working - Resilience and flexibility in dynamic project environments
