At the Spreitenbach location, we are looking for a reliable, structured and responsible personality as Sales Administrator Inside Sales (w/m/div.) immediately or by arrangement. Job Description * You process customer orders and bookings and monitor their timely processing. * You coordinate deliveries in cooperation with purchasing, logistics and our production plants in Europe. * You process complaints as well as quality and warranty cases including credit notes and debit notes. * You maintain and monitor customer orders in SAP and create schedule lists and customer reports in Excel. * You ensure daily communication with our wholesale partners and internal departments. * You support new product launches, projects, trade fairs and the optimization of our processes. * You support your team and take on deputy roles within the Bosch inside sales department. Qualifications * Education: Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience * Personality and working style: communicative, customer-oriented, organized, flexible, independent and resilient * Experience: Professional experience in inside sales or in a comparable function * IT skills: Good MS Office skills, in particular very good Excel skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage * Languages: Proficient German as well as good oral French skills, English skills are an advantage Additional Information A responsible and varied activity awaits you in a modern company that values quality, commitment and mutual appreciation.
