Job Description As Team Leader Quality Management (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in the further development, management, and assurance of our quality management system at the Beringen site. You are the contact person for all topics related to quality processes, process documentation, audits, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. At the same time, you act as an interface between local specialist departments, site management, and the central quality organization. You are responsible for the maintenance, further development, and continuous improvement of the local quality management system. Furthermore, you ensure that the requirements according to ISO 9001 as well as internal quality guidelines are complied with and further developed. You support specialist departments in the definition, documentation, and optimization of processes as well as in the identification, analysis, and elimination of quality deviations in all phases of the product life cycle (customer complaints, internal errors, etc.). In addition, you coordinate internal and external audits, accompany management reviews, and track the resulting measures. You support the site management and the leadership team in the implementation of strategic improvement projects and initiatives. You analyze quality key figures, derive improvement measures, and report regularly on the status of the quality goals. Finally, you promote quality awareness in the company, including through training, workshops, and consulting the specialist departments. Qualifications You have a completed degree in a relevant subject area, such as mechanical engineering, quality management, etc. In addition, you have several years of experience in quality management and in the further development of management systems, ideally in special machine construction or a comparable industrial environment. You are familiar with common quality, problem-solving, and risk management methods such as 8D, 5-Why, or Ishikawa. Additionally, you ideally bring a qualification as a quality manager and auditor as well as sound knowledge of ISO 9001. You work independently, analytically, and solution-oriented, and convince through high implementation strength as well as confident handling of MS Office. Very good language skills in German and English round off your profile.
