At Schule Petermoos, we currently teach around 380 students in learning landscapes. A part of the lessons is conducted in mixed-ability homerooms, individual subjects are taught in requirement levels.

For our team, we are looking for as of 1 March 2027:

a school social worker ##

• employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines, annual working time (compensation of school holiday time through increased workload during school time)

• supervision and intervision

Your tasks include

• the counseling of adolescents, parents, teachers and the school management
• work with small groups and classes on current topics and problem situations (intervention)
• prevention of fundamental topics
• cooperation and networking with other institutions such as youth work, child and youth welfare center, school psychological service or educational counseling

What you bring

• university of applied sciences degree in social work and a CAS school social work or the willingness to complete this
• joy in working with adolescents
• systemic and solution-oriented way of working
• openness, creativity, flexibility, communication skills and willingness to cooperate
• experience in school social work or with adolescents and families is an advantage
