Production Manager (M/F) – 100%

You will be at the head of the "Production" department, which brings together different poles of the manufacturing process. Your role will be to ensure the production and delivery of pumps and parts within the required deadlines and quality. You will be responsible for improving the efficiency of operational processes. Having different production sites around the world, you will work on strengthening collaboration with them. Responsibilities: • Responsible for production (including machining, assembly, locksmithing, methods, maintenance, and workshop load planning) • Implementation, review, and monitoring of production indicators • Collaboration with the Technical Office and project managers • Definition of continuous improvement processes • Collaboration with the Quality department to ensure product quality • Management and optimization of production costs in Cressier • Implementation of safety rules and environmental standards on site • Participation in the implementation of the product strategy and adaptation of operations accordingly • Define the production strategy and propose associated investments • Contacts with critical suppliers • Participation in Management Team meetings Profile and skills: • Successful experience in a similar function in the field of unit production or small series • Knowledge of machining techniques, processes, and tools • Team leadership and production management • Sense of organization and analytical mindset • Proven experience in project management • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good notions of finance • Mastery of French and English (understanding of German is an asset)
