limited to 12 months, starting August 2026 or by agreement Your area of activity • You dive into two worlds: six months each in the TeleBärn editorial office and in the ajour editorial office • You are in the midst of media everyday life, researching your own topics, conducting interviews and producing contributions independently • You realize your own journalistic projects, conduct talks and implement creative formats • You deepen the journalistic basics in modules and workshops - from storytelling to interview technique to media law • You will be accompanied by media professionals and coached directly on the job Your ideal profile • Word, image and sound inspire you and you observe curiously what is happening around you • Media and news consumption are part of your daily routine • You have very good German language skills and ideally speak Berndeutsch • You are also calm and flexible with changing working hours and weekend shifts • You can not only drive a car, but also have a category B driver's license - which we require We look forward to your digital application with the usual documents to Karin Ebener (Head of HR), k.ebener@pomona.ch.
