Work Agogist as Group Leader Café, 80-90 % (w/m/d)

Your tasks, which you will carry out together with your female team colleague

• Leadership, guidance, and promotion of employees taking into account agogic, professional, and operational specifications
• Design of a varied working daily routine as well as creation of a supportive, appreciative environment for employees and internal guests
• Co-responsibility for the demand-oriented and economical purchase of food, the ordering and inventory system
• Ensuring and compliance with the applicable quality and hygiene standards
• Responsibility for the operational safety of the technical systems, compliance with the operating regulations as well as the applicable regulations
• Active contribution of ideas for the further development of the organization

Your profile

• Degree in work agogics, with specialization in mental impairment
• Experience in guiding people with mental impairments and different support needs
• Professional experience in the gastronomy sector
• A pronounced understanding of customers and services with high cost awareness
• Planning and organizational skills as well as independent, structured way of working
• Committed, empathetic, flexible and team-oriented personality
• High sense of responsibility with reliable and solution-oriented action
• Confident user knowledge in MS Office
• You encounter people with a positive attitude toward life and enjoy guest care
