Your tasks
Competent support and advice for our customers on the telephone
Receipt, recording and processing of customer orders
Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates in cooperation with customers and internal departments
Creation of offers as well as general correspondence
Support with administrative and organizational tasks in the sales internal service
Maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP system
Your profile
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in sales internal service, customer service or in a similar function
German as a native language as well as good French skills in spoken and written
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Strong customer orientation as well as joy in telephone contact
