Your contribution

• You have the nursing process under control, together with the team: You assess with interRAI, plan, implement, and check whether it works.
• You have the daily responsibility on the residential group and distribute tasks to FaGe, FaBe, and assistance staff.
• You notice early when something changes, consult with the family doctors, and ensure that medical care works.
• You are there when things get difficult: In crises and at the end of life.
• You pass on your knowledge to trainees and to new colleagues.

Your experience

• A degree as a Registered Nurse HF or an equivalent degree recognized by the SRK.
• You remain calm when everything happens at once on the residential group, and prefer to decide together rather than alone.
• Experience with interRAI or in long-term care is nice. If not, we will show you.
• Joy in accompanying trainees. Already completed the vocational trainer course? Super. Not yet? You can do that with us.
• Good German, oral and written. You will learn the Entlebuch dialect with us.
