In this key role, you will take responsibility for the further development and harmonization of global processes in the areas of production, planning, and quality management. As a Global Process Expert, you will connect business and IT, drive standardization and digitalization, and ensure that processes are designed to be efficient, integrated, and future-proof. Your tasks You design and influence the future process landscape in the areas of Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality on a global level. You develop harmonized end-to-end processes and ensure their successful implementation within the framework of our SAP S/4HANA transformation. Together with the specialist departments, you identify optimization potential, analyze requirements, and translate these into sustainable and scalable SAP solutions. You drive the standardization and continuous further development of production, planning, and quality processes along the entire value chain. As a central contact person, you coordinate the cooperation between Business, Group IT, and external implementation partners. You are responsible for the planning, prioritization, and control of projects, resources, and requirements in your area of responsibility. You accompany system introductions, tests, and go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition into the new SAP landscape. You promote knowledge transfer within the organization and empower key users and specialist departments for future processes and systems. You ensure transparent risk, escalation, and stakeholder management and create the foundation for well-founded decisions. You actively drive the digital transformation and the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and working methods. Your profile A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable field of study. Several years of experience in the introduction, implementation, or further development of SAP S/4HANA solutions in an industrial environment. Sound knowledge in the areas of production, production planning, material planning, and quality management. Good knowledge of the SAP modules PP, PP/DS, MM, and EWM as well as a strong understanding of integrated end-to-end processes. Experience in leading transformation, optimization, or implementation projects. The ability to bring different interests together and successfully shape changes. Experience in collaborating with international stakeholders as well as in cross-functional organizations. An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working combined with high implementation strength. A convincing appearance, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in winning people over for common goals. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
