Your mission * Elaborate and implement the monitoring and evaluation of the resident's support project. * Evaluate, define, plan and provide the required care for the resident according to the transmitted medical orders. * Transmit observations and the resident's data to doctors allowing for medical monitoring adapted to their situation. * Ensure the quality of the support and contribute to its improvement. * Distribute the work among team members based on the needs of each resident, the staffing, and everyone's skills. * Accompany and assist the resident in daily life activities in accordance with the support project. * Accompany the resident / beneficiary and relatives in crisis and end-of-life situations. * Participate in the management of the supply of medicines, material and equipment necessary for care. Your profile * Bachelor in nursing, or title deemed equivalent, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and benefiting from an authorization to practice issued by the public health service of the canton of Vaud; * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; * Organizational capacity, leadership, practical sense and versatility; * Team spirit and ability to promote communication and exchanges; * Easy contact with elderly people and interest in human relations; * Mastery of French, spoken and written.
