Your Task ##

• Provision and support of Microsoft365 and cloud services for customers
• Coordination of the concerns of assigned business customers in operations
• Support in infrastructure projects in coordination with sales
• Ensuring efficient communication with internal and external partners
• Delegation of technical tasks to the first-level support team

Your Profile ##

• Very good knowledge of Windows servers and Microsoft365 environments
• Initial experience in IT support for business customers required
• Analytical thinking and process-oriented action are expected
• German at native speaker level as well as good English skills
• Independent way of working combined with high customer orientation desired
