Drafter FA Architecture or Structural Drafter

For our renowned and successful client in the Burgdorf region, we are looking for a Drafter FA Architecture or Structural Drafter for a permanent position, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Planning of buildings (residential and commercial buildings)
• Creating construction plans & detail drawings for various projects
• Responsible for building applications during execution
• Developing project and/or detailed solution variants
• Clarifications with clients, authorities and specialist planners
• Support for site managers at all project stages
• General assistance with construction administration and office work

Your profile:

• you have a degree as a Drafter FA Architecture or Structural Drafter
• you are proficient in using ArchiCAD
• you have good spatial awareness
• you work in a structured and precise manner
• you possess a high degree of personal responsibility
• you value working in a team
• you speak and write German confidently
