With over 20 locations – including the private clinics Clienia Littenheid and Clienia Schlössli as well as the gerontopsychiatric offering of Clienia Bergheim – it offers a diverse spectrum of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment methods in outpatient, day-clinic, and inpatient settings. The group employs around 1800 employees and achieved a turnover of CHF 240 Mio. in 2025.

In view of the retirement of our current position holder, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded, and humanly convincing leadership personality as

starting May 1, 2027, or by arrangement, with the place of work in Oetwil am See.

Your tasks

You bear the overall responsibility for the Human Resources management of around 1000 employees of Clienia Schlössli AG and Clienia Bergheim AG. Together with your four-member team, you ensure modern, professional, and service-oriented HR management.
As a member of the divisional management, you are an important contact person and a competent sparring partner for executives and employees on all personnel-related and labor law issues.

Your other focal points include:

• You continuously develop our HR strategy and HR processes and implement them effectively together with your team.
• You strengthen our Employer Branding and position Clienia as an attractive and future-oriented employer.
• You accompany and shape group-wide HR projects, promote the standardization and further development of HR processes, and actively contribute your professional expertise. Together with your team, you implement these HR topics effectively in the organization, thereby creating sustainable added value for executives and employees.
• You are an active member of the HR committee and, in close cooperation with the other clinics of the Clienia Group, make an important contribution to the further development of group-wide HR work. You contribute to ensuring that uniform standards are developed and implemented.
• You also enjoy working regularly on an operational level and ensure the basic services of the HR services together with your team.

Your profile

You have at least five years of qualified HR experience in the healthcare sector of German-speaking Switzerland, as well as proven many years of leadership and consulting experience. Ideally, you are familiar with psychiatry and have already led a small, generalist HR team.
In addition, you have a recognized HR professional qualification and further training at FH, MAS, MBA, or comparable level.
You are professionally proficient in central operational HR topics and have a good understanding of economic contexts. As a leadership personality, you convince through empathy, integrity, clarity, and conflict management skills. You combine strategic thinking with high implementation strength and communicate at eye level with different professional groups, strengthen the individual responsibility of executives, and make comprehensible and clear decisions even in challenging situations.
