Night Nurse at 80% La Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the Etat de Vaud. Its care services are open to all: children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. La Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization of regional Vaudois hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, La Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training and its openness to other approaches. In order to complete its night team at the adult psychiatric hospital unit, La Fondation de Nant is recruiting for a position of Night Nurse at 80% THE MISSION The mission of the night nurses is to provide the necessary care to each patient, demonstrating great autonomy while collaborating closely within an interdisciplinary team. Required to intervene on different sites, they are distinguished by their strong capacity for adaptation and their flexibility. Working at La Fondation de Nant means working within an interdisciplinary team that offers short to medium-term stays to support and consolidate the recovery process of patients presenting with severe psychic disorders causing social and relational difficulties. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holding a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a degree deemed equivalent). We are looking for a person who is particularly adaptable and flexible, capable of serving the patient, their colleagues and the institution. Finally, we wish to integrate a person motivated by the mission of the Fondation and who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary team.
