L-association AFIRO's missions are professional rehabilitation and adapted employment intended for people receiving disability insurance benefits. It is looking for its rehabilitation and training center in Lausanne (avenue de Provence 22) :

Head of the rehabilitation and training center

Member of management at 90% - 100%

Present daily in the field and reporting to the general director, you assume responsibility for Afiro's rehabilitation and training mission, as well as the other workshops of the Lausanne site. You develop strong relations with our client, l-Office AI, and you ensure a high occupancy rate and an excellent quality of services. You are the guarantor of the good support of our beneficiaries as well as the financial solidity of the center. As a member of the Management Committee, you also participate in the global strategy of Afiro.

Function: ####

• Ensure and develop the activities of the center (training workshops)
• Develop, manage and supervise socio-professional support services
• Ensure the execution of measures entrusted by l-AI - VD
• Coordinate the processes and resources of the center (facilitation of meetings)
• Lead and supervise the team of professionals at the center
• Carry out the financial monitoring of the activities of the center and the site, according to the requirements of l-AI - VD
• Develop and maintain strong partnership relations with clients, actors in the socio-professional sector and companies (project management)

Profile: ####

• Higher education (HES or university) in the social field
• Proven experience in the branch and in a position of responsibility with team management (min. 5 years)
• Experience in collaboration and monitoring of mandates with l-AI - VD
• Good knowledge of the field of socio-professional integration and social insurance, especially l-AI - VD
• Mastery of IT tools and specific professional software (ERP)
• Managerial skills (team development and leadership) and financial skills (preparation and monitoring of budgets)
• Skills in design, development and project management
