• You will significantly drive the further development of our residential services - from the creation of employment structures to resource-oriented individual development planning and the further development of our care standards
• You will accompany and support people with disabilities in a resource-oriented manner and promote self-determination, development, and social participation
• You will manage the care process - from planning and documentation to reflection and further development
• You will take on key worker responsibilities and work together with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies
• You will actively contribute your expertise and support and advise colleagues in demanding care situations

What you bring with you ###

• Degree as a Social Pedagogue or Specialist in Social Work FH
• Experience and joy in working with people with disabilities
• Independence, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a resource-oriented attitude
