Construction Manager – Canton de Fribourg

Are you an experienced Construction Manager and wish to join a growing structure?

To support the development of a company active in construction, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager, capable of taking charge of ambitious construction sites and guaranteeing their successful completion on the ground.

Confirmed experience in the canton de Fribourg is indispensable for this position.

Your mission:
As a true key player in the success of projects, you will ensure the coordination and operational monitoring of construction sites, from their preparation to their completion.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the management and operational monitoring of construction sites
• Plan, coordinate and supervise works in compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality requirements
• Organize and manage internal teams as well as subcontractors
• Be present on the ground and guarantee the proper progress of the works
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical requirements
• Control the conformity and quality of the completed works
• Ensure effective communication with project managers, partners and clients

Your profile:

• Training in the field of construction, civil engineering, construction management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in Switzerland as a Construction Supervisor
• Mandatory experience in the canton de Fribourg and good knowledge of its economic fabric
• Excellent organizational skills and a real sense of responsibility
• Rigor, autonomy and the ability to manage several construction sites simultaneously
• Good knowledge of the Swiss market, local standards and practices
• You are currently working as a Construction Supervisor and wish to take on a new challenge
