Responsable Département IT Ops (100%) ###

Overview of your future missions:

• Define and implement the vision and organization of the IT Ops service in order to guarantee the availability, security, and compliance of the information system
• Manage the budget, optimize costs, and streamline IT solutions
• Lead the IT Ops team, while coordinating internal and external resources
• Drive or support IT projects, incident management, and business continuity plans
• Manage and coordinate external service providers to guarantee the quality, continuity, and cost control of the IT services provided
• Contribute to operations, projects, innovation, and digital transformation through business and technical expertise

Your ideal profile:

• Higher education in computer science or information systems (or training deemed equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar role, including the management of a team and IT service providers
• Strong technical skills in infrastructure, data integration, and IT security
• Good ability to unite a team and to collaborate with various internal and external interlocutors
• Good knowledge of IT service management practices (ITIL or equivalent)
