Job Description
The perfect apprenticeship for networked thinkers, strong organizers and customer-oriented all-rounders who want to be prepared for the working world of tomorrow!
You will perform versatile administrative and organizational tasks at different locations and training sites of ETH:
Implementation of marketing and communication activities
Advice and support for customers
Execution of project management tasks and assumption of responsibility in sub-projects
Use of digital tools, IT systems and communication channels at ETH
Development of solutions in a team and assumption of responsibility
Planning and organization of events
Understanding and implementation of processes in accounting
You will start your first training semester with basic training in the KV training laboratory of ETH Zürich at the Zürich-Oerlikon location. In a team with your fellow learners, you will get to know ETH as an organization as well as basic commercial processes and the IT environment in four training modules. This basic knowledge enables you to actively participate with confidence and commercial decision-making competence at the subsequent changing training sites in a department or an administrative unit and to advance your professional development. In the three-year training, you will get to know the diversity of ETH. We offer you the framework for professional and personal development.
Profile
You can express yourself very well orally and in writing, are flexible, sociable and responsible. Planning and organization, communication as well as independent and self-responsible thinking and working suit you. In addition, you are interested in digital tools.
You need an obligatory school leaving certificate for this apprenticeship and good performance in the following school subjects:
German
English
French
Certificate for keyboard typing (until the start of apprenticeship)
