What you drive * You act as a competent contact person for our customers together with your team and take responsibility for your fruit and vegetable area * You can effectively use your organizational skills in personnel deployment planning and lead your team with commitment * You enjoy passing on your specialist knowledge and expertise to new employees and introducing them to your area * As the deputy of the supermarket branch manager, you ensure smooth business operations within the branch * You are informed about the requirements within your area through the implementation of inventories and take responsibility for goods orders * You carry out sales-promoting measures (such as promotions) on the sales floor in a targeted manner and use promotions skillfully * You maintain an overview through the ongoing analysis and management of business performance indicators * You are very familiar with the internal and external quality standards and implement them skillfully What you bring * Education: Completed basic or further education * Specialization: in sales/retail * Professional experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of fruit and vegetables * You have a customer-oriented and friendly manner * You work independently, efficiently, and precisely * You bring experience in the leadership and development of teams in retail and are able to inspire and motivate employees * You have completed the specialist management training or are motivated to complete it internally * Due to your networked thinking, goal- and solution-oriented action is easy for you * You are stress-tolerant and can assert yourself * You have strong communication skills and are an organizational talent * German (B1) What we offer you * Healthy working: Health-promoting offers such as massages and health checks * Mobility: With the unique annual leisure bonus of a total of max.
