We care for people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We promote, support, care for, and nurse. To this end, we offer 147 residential places in various residential forms as well as 180 jobs. In addition, 85 places are available in the day center. The 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. CARE STAFF FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL GROUP "ZUGANG ZUM PARK" 60 - 90% ## Qualified specialist in nursing or agogics (W/M/D) Your area of responsibility ## Your workplace In our closed residential group "Zugang zum Park", upbeat and cheerful people with a variety of disabilities, some at risk of running away, live. Our interdisciplinary team cares for two residential wings with different focuses. Due to this division and the individually very diverse needs of the residents, everyday life is varied and inspiring. Your tasks • competent nursing and agogic care of our residents in their everyday life • building and maintaining a trustworthy and sustainable relationship with the residents • individual promotion of personal competencies • designing and implementing individual daily structures and leisure time • accompanying appointments and excursions • reference person work / conversations with relatives • administrative client work on the PC (easyDOK) • participation in team meetings, case discussions What you bring with you ## You must have a completed training in the nursing and/or agogic field (FABE, FAGE, dipl. Sozpäd, dipl.
