Your tasks at your new employer

• You take responsibility for the Payroll department and ensure the management and monitoring of all activities related to salaries.
• You supervise and guarantee the smooth running of payroll processes for a varied clientele.
• You are the reference person for complex questions regarding labor law, social insurance, and legislation related to payroll.
• You support and advise clients on Payroll issues and the legal aspects related to them.
• You ensure regular monitoring of legal developments and their application.
• You contribute to the quality, reliability, and optimization of the department's processes.

What you offer your new employer

• You have several years of experience in the field of Payroll, ideally acquired within a fiduciary.
• You possess solid technical expertise, particularly regarding social legislation, social insurance, and labor law.
• You have several years of experience in a fiduciary or a comparable environment.
• A recognized training in the field of salaries, social insurance, or human resources.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable managing complex situations.
• You have an excellent sense of service and enjoy contact with a diverse clientele.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
• You wish to invest yourself in a position of responsibility within a human-sized structure.
