We are looking for an experienced and committed personality for the independent management of demanding architecture and interior fit-out projects in the field of medical facilities (doctor and dentist practices, day clinics, surgical centers, hospital projects) as well as office and private/public construction.

Tasks:

• Independent management of demanding architecture and interior fit-out projects from design to realization
• Responsibility for planning, organization and coordination of the projects
• Leadership and coordination of internal project teams, specialist planners and executing companies
• Direct support and advice for clients and customers
• Creation and coordination of building application, execution, detail and revision plans
• Clarifications with authorities, offices and specialist departments
• Support of the tendering and award processes
• Assumption of construction management and coordination on the construction site
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality
• Constructive and design-related further development of the projects

Profile:

• Completed studies in architecture
• At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland
• Several years of experience in the independent planning and realization of structural engineering or interior fit-out projects
• Experience in project and construction management
• Very good knowledge of Swiss construction processes, standards and permit procedures
• Good user knowledge in ArchiCAD as well as MS Office
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident, professional appearance, strong communication and organizational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
