For our clients,

We are looking for three real estate accountants.

Two positions are to be filled at 50%, one position is to be filled at 100%.

Your main tasks: ##

• Real estate accounting + cost accounting
• Preparation of management statements for rental properties and PPE
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparation of non-accounting statements
• Management and payment of supplier invoices
• Collection of rents, processing of reminders
• Management of janitor salaries
• Management of accounting takeovers for new mandates

Your qualifications: ##

• Proven experience in accounting in a real estate agency in Switzerland
• Knowledge of the Quorum software, an asset
• Good command of Excel
• Autonomy, sense of priorities, rigor and precision
• Team spirit

Swiss residence desired.
